My name is Alexis Bristowe, I’m a half-Filipina from a small town in Massachusetts, and I’m a hobby digital-artist. My start on the show is a bit of a story. When I first heard about the NoSleep Podcast, it was from a friend of mine during the show’s 3rd season. After binge-listening all through to the last of that season, I was hopelessly in love with it, but too shy to audition to be a narrator. Luckily, another friend of mine (you may have heard her on the show before), Rebecca Peason, helped me take the leap forward and we auditioned together, and my debut was made in the start of the 4th season with the story “Christina Took Things”.
I say with a great deal of pride that my voice acting career starts here on the show, and being a contributor to something I love so dearly has been nothing short of a privilege and a great opportunity. I hope in the future to do more projects like this. Collaborate with other podcasts, do some independent readings, maybe dabble in other genres like comedy. But for now, my home is with horror, and with the NoSleep Podcast community!
